Holistic massage treatment
For centuries, across many cultures worldwide, therapeutic touch has been recognised for its ability to support the body's natural healing processes. Using a variety of techniques, holistic massage helps relax muscles while stimulating the nervous and lymphatic systems. This promotes healthy circulation, supports the delivery of oxygen throughout the body, and assists in the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste.
Holistic massage may help accelerate recovery following injury, support immune function, enhance vitality, and encourage the body's natural ability to restore balance and well-being.
In addition to its physical benefits, holistic massage promotes overall health by helping to relax both the body and mind, reducing stress and fostering a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing
This treatment is further enhanced through the use of Fellenca Water - highly energised water placed beneath the body within a specially designed sheet, which can be heated according to individual needs to maximise comfort and relaxation.
Treatment sessions
Each treatment session begins with a brief consultation to assess the areas requiring attention and to identify any potential contraindications, ensuring the highest levels of safety, comfort, effectiveness, and overall enjoyment.
